Yes, the price is firm and final. No surcharge on arrival: no per-kilometer fee, no luggage charge, no extra cost in case of traffic. Includes chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls and flight tracking.
Comment puis-je payer ?
Three options: secure email link after booking, credit card with the chauffeur, or cash at the end of the trip. Invoice on request.
Puis-je annuler ma réservation ?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 12 hours before the trip. After that, fees may apply. If the chauffeur has already left, 50% of the price is charged.
Puis-je réserver pour un groupe ?
Yes: sedan 1 to 4 passengers, van 5 to 7 passengers. For larger groups, multiple coordinated vehicles. Custom quote for events (seminars, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wine tours).
Le suivi de vol est-il inclus ?
Yes, flight tracking is included with no surcharge for Mérignac, Toulouse, Biarritz, Bilbao. The driver adjusts the pickup time in case of delay, with 35 minutes of free wait. Name sign on request.
