Bordeaux Saint-Jean station has three halls: Hall 1 (Cours de la Marne, the main forecourt with the taxi rank), Hall 2 (intermediate), and Hall 3 Belcier (Belcier district side, access via rue des Terres de Borde). How to get there from inside the station: once off the train, exit on the Hall 3 side (signs show "Belcier" and "Hall 3"). Go down to car park level by escalator or lift.
