There is no legal minimum notice period, but we recommend booking 24 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of your chosen vehicle (Eco, Saloon, Eco Van or Mercedes Van). On a best-effort basis, we accept requests from 2 hours before departure, subject to the availability of our network of partner drivers. During peak season (July–August, grape harvest in September–October, Vinexpo): booking 48–72 hours in advance is strongly recommended. For long-distance transfers (Biarritz, San Sebastián, Toulouse, Paris) and wine tours: minimum 48 hours’ notice. Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Changes or cancellations can be made by phone or email. Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 12 hours before departure. Between 12 hours and departure: 15% of the total amount. If the driver has already left: 50%. No-show (you are not present at the agreed time): 50%. Special case of force majeure: if your flight or train is cancelled by the airline or railway company, full refund (€0 penalty). Changes to date, time or address accepted free of charge up to 12 noon, subject to availability within our network of partner drivers. After this time: treated as a partial cancellation depending on the notice given.

As soon as your booking is confirmed: an automatic confirmation email summarising all the details — pick-up time and location, destination, vehicle category, fixed rate guaranteed in writing, secure payment link if selected. For airport transfers: we’ll ask for your flight number to activate real-time tracking. For train station transfers: your train number. On the day, 30 minutes before the pick-up time: an automatic text message saying “your driver is on the way” + a real-time tracking link (vehicle GPS location). If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes of making your booking: check your spam folder or call +33 7 57 59 89 00.

Yes, no problem. Common scenarios: a VIP client travelling, an employee on a business trip, a guest of honour, an elderly relative, a speaker at a seminar, or a wedding guest. When booking, please provide the name and phone number of the person to be picked up. The driver will contact them directly to confirm the meeting point and introduce themselves upon arrival. Name sign option (meet & greet): +€15 for a welcome at the airport or station with a sign bearing the traveller’s name (ideal for international travellers, unaccompanied children, VIPs). The invoice can be issued in the name of the commissioning company with your internal reference (purchase order, assignment code, cost centre code).

Yes, in certain specific cases: significant delay on the customer’s part, an additional stop at another address, an extension of the journey, or an unplanned wait (beyond the 40 minutes included at the airport or 15 minutes at the station). Any surcharge is announced by the driver at the time of the change, never afterwards. No hidden extra costs. For delays beyond your control (delayed flight, delayed train): automatic driver tracking, 40 minutes’ free waiting time at the airport, 15 minutes’ free waiting time at the station, no penalty. For wine tours and full-day hire: if an extension is requested on the spot, the hourly rate for the booked category will apply and will be announced in advance.

For journeys departing from Bordeaux: no advance payment required. Yes — a surcharge is automatically applied between 7 pm and 6 am, at weekends (Saturday–Sunday) and on public holidays. Always stated at the time of booking, never afterwards. Night-time rate: surcharge of ~30% compared to the daytime rate. Advantage over taxis: your night-time fare remains fixed (stated in advance), whereas taxis charge around €3/km by the meter — we remain on average 30–40% cheaper during night-time hours, weekends and public holidays thanks to our transparent pricing. The online booking module automatically calculates the surcharge based on the selected time slot: no calculations required on your part.

No. The quoted price is the final price, guaranteed in writing. Motorway tolls included, standard luggage included, no charge for waiting due to flight or train delays (40 mins free at the airport, 15 mins at the station), no call-out charges within Bordeaux Métropole. Paid options (to be specified at the time of booking): baby/child/booster seat +€15, pet +€15 (covers specific cleaning), name sign +€15 (meet & greet at airport/station). For waiting times exceeding 40 mins at the airport / 15 mins at the station: charged at the hourly rate for the booked category. Everything is transparent and shown on the quote before confirmation.

Corporate account with deferred monthly invoicing: reserved for organisations with a minimum of 20 journeys per month (recurring weekly transfers, seminars, delegation support). Below this threshold: standard per-journey billing, via a secure link or payment on board. Each invoice complies with French accounting requirements: SIREN 924 992 605, intra-Community VAT FR81 924 992 605 (10% transport rate), details by date, departure, destination, km, duration, amount excluding VAT and including VAT. When booking, you provide your flight number. The driver tracks it in real time via Flightradar24. If the landing is brought forward or delayed, they automatically adjust their arrival time at Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. No cancelled journeys, no need for you to rebook. The same system applies to trains via SNCF Connect (Saint-Jean station). In case of major issues (delay of more than 2 hours, changed stopover): call Adrien on +33 7 57 59 89 00. Flight tracking is included in the price, at no extra cost. Major advantage over a taxi: a taxi does not track your flight and leaves at the scheduled time — in the event of a delay, you’ll find an empty car park or the meter running.

Nothing to do. The driver monitors your flight via Flightradar24 and automatically adjusts the pick-up time. A 40-minute waiting period is included in the fare from the actual landing time (not the originally scheduled time). Beyond that: charged at the hourly rate for the booked category (Eco €55/h, Saloon €65/h, Eco Van €70/h, Mercedes Van €80/h). When booking, please provide your train number. The driver will track it in real time via SNCF Connect and adjust their arrival time in the event of a delay. Pick-up takes place at the Hall 3 Belcier exit (east side of the station, direct access from the mainline platforms). A 15-minute waiting period is included from the train’s actual arrival time. Yes — €15 extra. In France, regulations require a suitable car seat for any child under 10 years of age or under 135 cm tall. Private hire vehicles are not exempt from this requirement (unlike taxis), so the seat must be installed before departure. Please specify at the time of booking: infant seat (0–13 months, Group 0+), child seat (1–4 years, Group 1) or booster seat (4–12 years, Group 2/3). VTC Bordeaux is an agency founded by Adrien Moreno in 2022, incorporated as VTCBORDEAUX SAS since April 2024 (Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register 924 992 605, registered office at 9 Quai des Mouettes, Parempuyre). The service is now operated by a network of partner drivers selected by Adrien — not a list of anonymous service providers: drivers he knows, with whom he has driven, and whom he calls when he knows the journey will suit them. Some are better at long distances, others at wine-tasting tours. All hold a valid professional EVTC licence issued by the Prefecture, and are covered by Pacifica professional liability insurance (Crédit Agricole). Adrien’s EVTC licence: #03322012101, issued by the Prefecture of Gironde in 2022.

Two regulated services that operate differently. A taxi can be hailed in the street or picked up at a taxi rank; its fare is calculated by a meter regulated by the Prefecture (~€2/km during the day, ~€3/km at night, +€15 pick-up charge). A chauffeur-driven car (VTC) must be booked in advance — this is a legal requirement; its fare is set freely by the operator and communicated before the journey. With VTC Bordeaux: a fixed fare confirmed in writing, so you know exactly what you’re paying before you get in. No hidden night-time/weekend/public holiday surcharges, no dynamic pricing (surge pricing) as on ride-hailing platforms. Free online service at entreprendre.service-public.gouv.fr (under ‘Check private hire driver licences’). Enter the number for immediate confirmation of validity. Adrien Moreno’s EVTC licence #03322012101 was issued by the Gironde Prefecture in 2022 and is valid for 5 years. Its issue requires a theory test (regulations, road safety, English), a practical test (driving) and a compulsory medical examination. Without this licence, a paid private hire journey is illegal in France. All VTC Bordeaux partner drivers hold a valid EVTC licence. Pacifica professional liability insurance is compulsory to operate.
