The quoted price is the price you’ll be charged, even in the event of traffic, flight delays, or a detour—this is the main difference between a private chauffeur service in Bordeaux and a metered taxi, where the fare isn’t known until you arrive. You’ll receive your quote via email or WhatsApp within 30 minutes of your request, with details on the vehicle, fare, and pickup time. The price includes fuel, tolls, VAT, and complimentary waiting time (40 minutes at the airport, 15 minutes at the train station). No deposit is required for a standard transfer: you pay after the ride, by card, cash, or bank transfer. This fixed rate applies to all our services, from simple transfers to full-day car hire.

The nighttime rate applies from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM, as well as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. Unlike taxis, whose rates increase by 43% to 49% at night, our private-hire surcharges remain deliberately modest: 0% to 13%, depending on the route. For a trip from Bordeaux to Saint-Émilion in the “Eco” class, expect to pay €97 during the day and only €101 at night—a difference of barely four euros. This price stability is invaluable for late-night flights and Sunday train arrivals, which are common at Saint-Jean Station. The nighttime rate is always stated in advance in the written quote: you know exactly what you’re paying before you get in the car, with no last-minute surcharges added to the meter upon arrival. Outside of these time slots, the daytime rate—the most affordable—applies automatically, without any action required on your part.

We offer a 40-minute waiting period after landing at Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (BOD) and a 15-minute waiting period after arrival at Saint-Jean Train Station. We track your flight via Flightradar24 and your train via SNCF Connect—if your flight is delayed, we’ll automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.

A private car service reserves a private driver for a continuous period, ideal for a wine tour, a day of shopping, a conference, or multiple business meetings in a single day. The package starts at a minimum of 4 hours, and the driver remains at your disposal for the entire reserved period, including waiting time—same vehicle and same driver from start to finish. The hourly rate is €55/hour for an Eco, €65/hour for a Sedan, €70/hour for a Van, and €80/hour for a Mercedes Van, billed in full-hour increments. The kilometers traveled during the service are included in the hourly rate, with no additional charge based on the odometer. Please specify your itinerary when booking: we’ll estimate the number of hours and provide you with a fixed rate, so there are no surprise overages at the end of the day. Free cancellation up to 12 hours before departure. Between 12 hours and departure: 15% of the total. After the driver departs or in case of a no-show: 50%. Canceled flight or train (force majeure): full refund, even at the last minute.
