A deposit, paid through the secure link emailed to you, confirms the booking; the balance is paid after the ride, by card, cash, or bank transfer. This flat rate applies to all our services, from simple transfers to full-day rentals.

Any rates applicable to nights, weekends, or holidays are included in the price quoted and accepted prior to booking; no additional charges related to these time periods are added after confirmation.

Hourly chauffeur service reserves a driver and vehicle for your appointments, visits or evenings out. The total depends on the route, waiting time and actual time committed. Day rates are 55 €/h for Eco, 65 €/h for a Sedan, 80 €/h for a Van and 90 €/h for a Mercedes Van. Waiting is charged at the rate for each period it spans, in Paris time: night rates from 7 pm to 6 am and all day on Sundays and public holidays. For an eligible loop, we compare the full route plus actual waiting with the day-trip option: the route to the last stop plus at least four billed waiting hours, return included. The selected fare cannot fall below the hourly cost of the actual time committed. The quote sets out the itinerary, waiting time and price before booking. Day trips: a four-hour minimum, return included. This option requires pickup and final drop-off within 20 km as the crow flies of central Bordeaux and at least one stop outside that circle. It applies when cheaper than the full route plus actual waiting, subject to the hourly floor for the actual time committed. City trips have no such minimum.

Free until 12 hours before departure. Between 12:00 p.m. and departure: 15% of the total. After the driver has departed: 50%. No-show: the full fare. Flight or train cancellation (force majeure): full refund, even at the last minute.
