The Site is published by VTCBORDEAUX, which trades as VTC Bordeaux Chauffeur.

2. Website Host

The Site is generated using Astro and then deployed as static files on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles the technical requests required for their delivery; booking forms are sent separately to the services described in the Privacy Policy. Hosting information verified on July 24, 2026.

3. Regulated Activity — Private Chauffeur Service

The business is governed by Law No. 2014-1104 of October 1, 2014 on taxis and chauffeur-driven transport, codified at Article L. 3120-1 et seq. of the Transportation Code.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership of Rights

All elements of the Site—structure, text, articles, descriptions, photographs, illustrations, videos, logos, trademarks, graphic guidelines, icons, code, and databases—are either the exclusive property of VTCBORDEAUX or used under licence.

These items are protected by the Intellectual Property Code : Articles L. 111-1 et seq. (copyright), L. 511-1 et seq. (designs), L. 711-1 et seq. (trademarks).

4.2 Prohibition on Reproduction

Any reproduction, display, modification, publication, or adaptation—in whole or in part—of the elements of the Site, by any means whatsoever (printing, downloading, digital copying, scraping, or mass screenshots), without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Outbound Links

The Site contains hyperlinks to third-party websites (Google Maps, WhatsApp, review platforms, government agencies, etc.) for informational purposes only. VTCBORDEAUX has no control over the content of these sites and cannot be held liable for their practices.

5.2 Inbound Links

Any third-party website wishing to create a hyperlink to the Site must first submit a request to contact@vtc-bordeaux-chauffeur.fr. VTCBORDEAUX reserves the right to accept or reject any request.

5.3 Reporting a Problematic Link

Any problematic links on the Site can be reported to contact@vtc-bordeaux-chauffeur.fr. VTCBORDEAUX is committed to reviewing all requests for removal within a reasonable time frame.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Accuracy of Information

VTCBORDEAUX strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, particularly regarding rates, delivery times, and service areas. However, this information is indicative and may change without notice. Only the personalised written quote sent in response to a booking request is binding on VTCBORDEAUX.

6.2 Availability of the Site

The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, VTCBORDEAUX cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability (due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, unavailability of the hosting provider, etc.) and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such unavailability.

6.3 Consequential Damages

VTCBORDEAUX shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site (loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities).

6.4 Force Majeure

VTCBORDEAUX shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code (natural disasters, exceptional weather conditions, strikes, traffic restrictions imposed by the authorities, etc.).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 Governing Law

These legal notices and all relationships between VTCBORDEAUX and users of the Site are governed by French law.

9.2 Competent Courts

B2B Disputes (Business-to-Business) : The Commercial Court of Bordeaux or, failing that, the Judicial Court of Bordeaux, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

B2C (Consumer) Disputes : In accordance with Articles L. 141-5 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any dispute may be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or the place where the service was performed.

10. Consumer Mediation

10.1 Legal Obligation

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, VTCBORDEAUX offers its consumer clients a free mediation service.

10.2 Mandatory Preliminary Procedure

Before filing a complaint with the ombudsman, the consumer must:

1. Send a written complaint first to contact@vtc-bordeaux-chauffeur.fr or by mail
2. Allow up to 2 months for a satisfactory response
3. Refer the matter to the mediator within 1 year of the initial complaint

Mediation is voluntary and confidential. It does not deprive the consumer of the right to take legal action.

11. European ODR Platform

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, established by the Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, was closed by the European Commission on July 20, 2025, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and is therefore no longer accessible.

For any dispute regarding a service, the consumer is encouraged to contact the appropriate consumer mediator (see Article 10, “Consumer Mediation”) or to file a claim with the competent court.

12. Digital Accessibility

12.1 Commitment

VTCBORDEAUX is committed to making the Site accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, and strives to comply with the criteria of the General Framework for Improving Accessibility (RGAA).

If any provision of these legal notices is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

13.3 Update

VTCBORDEAUX reserves the right to modify these legal notices at any time, in particular to bring them into line with changes in the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
