The reservation form sends this data first to the fleet platform API, which is accessible at app.vtc-bordeaux-chauffeur.com/api/site/demande. If this API is technically unavailable, the same request is sent to the Web3Forms API to ensure the request is not lost. The custom quote form uses Web3Forms directly.
2.2 Data Collected During Payment
Stripe is not loaded on the public website or when a reservation request is submitted. If you choose to pay online, you will receive a separate secure payment link, processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland).
The banking information entered on the Stripe payment page does not pass through the static website. VTCBORDEAUX receives the information necessary to track the transaction, including its status, amount, and reference number.

Before any selection is made, Consent Mode is initialized with analytics_storage: denied and the file gtag.js is not loaded. Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States) is enabled only after explicit consent is given. It can then collect data via cookies _ga and _ga_58028P09D8 :
