Yes. For large groups, we organize rotations: a van transports the first group, then returns to pick up a second group, according to a schedule set in advance. This solution is ideal for corporate events and receptions where we need to transport thirty or forty people from several hotels to a single location. If the schedule is tight, we deploy two or three vans simultaneously rather than a single van on a shuttle basis. The logistics, including the number of vehicles and trips, are determined at the time of booking, based on the number of guests, the departure points, and the desired arrival time at the venue.
Is this service available for seminars and conferences?
Yes. For a seminar or a public conference at the Palais des Congrès or the Parc des Expositions de Bordeaux-Lac, a full-day service connects the airport, hotels, conference venue, and gala dinner. The driver remains available between sessions, eliminating the need for attendees to rely on the tram in an outlying neighborhood. If the company organizes these trips year-round, a business travel account with monthly billing and a dedicated driver is more suitable than a one-time reservation.
